New England IPA brewed with Strata Hops
This new england ipa was brewed with heaps of strata, which is described to have qualities reminiscent of strawberries. We used cashmere hops to bring a slight citrus element along with belma which also has slight strawberry and melon characteristics. The idea was to accentuate the subtlty of the strawberry in these hops to help it shine through. Nicely full bodied, with a pillowy mouthfeel that lingers pleasantly.
