Carbon Capture is a collaboration brew with @biggrovebrewery , championing sustainability. This rye IPA features eco-friendly hops from @hopsteiner and @yakimachief , including low-carbon Bravo, HS17701, and HBC522 varieties. With @rahrmalt as a base malt, our eco-powered malt supplier harnesses malting byproducts to fuel their facility and the community.
The Bravo hops provide a burst of fruity yet earthy tones, followed by unique hints of floral and citrus notes, thanks to the experimental HS17701 and HBC522 hops. The use of Rahr malt contributes to a sturdy backbone, imparting a subtle sweetness.
