Aged 5 years in fresh oak barrels, distilled from a blend of Corn, Rye, Barley, and Midnight Wheat. The amount of rye we use classifies our bourbon as a high-rye whiskey, which makes our whiskey smoother than most traditional bourbons. It has hints of oak, caramel, tobacco, and vanilla with a very smooth finish. It’s fantastic to sip on, but also is incredible in your favorite cocktail!

Distilled into whiskey from one of our most popular beers, Mr. BlueSky American wheat ale brewed with coriander and grapefruit peel. It was then aged in second use lightly charred white oak barrels for over 4 years. The result is a Golden-amber, light and easy sipping whiskey with notes of citrus and vanilla. Described by our head distiller as exuberant and delicious, it’s great on the rocks, in your favorite cocktail, or straight up in the sun.

Our Rye Whiskey is a 100% rye malt whiskey. This is rare and made possible by the mash filter on our brewhouse. This process creates a super smooth product that is truly unique. It has a very subtle nose with hints of caramel, vanilla, and a slightly spicy finish. Perfect neat or on the rocks, but also is great in your favorite whiskey cocktail!
