Grain: Cherrywood Smoked Malt / Distiller’s Malt / Arizona Heritage Blue Corn

This whiskey started it’s mash with Cherrywood Smoked malt, Distiller’s malt, and a hefty amount of Arizona Heritage Blue Corn. Set to rest in charred new oak until we forgot it was even in there (just kidding, we check quality constantly), it aged for 7 years before we pulled it for bottling. Not a day too soon or too late, this whiskey absolutely shines. Bottled at 111 proof, it tasted great with a drop of water, on the rocks, neat if you’re bold, or in a light and bright whiskey forward cocktail.
