It’s official – The Buffalo take flight Saturday, November 9th in Birmingham and Rochester Hills, Michigan.
This year we have 4 delicious variants in store for you, all on tap, and all available in 4-Pack varieties of 12oz. cans.

This year’s lineup:

Flying Buffalo Original Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout: 14% ABV – The prestigious Flying Buffalo Imperial Stout is transferred to freshly emptied bourbon barrels immediately after fermentation where it rests for 9 months in our climate controlled Barrel House under the strict supervision of our brewers and cellar people.

Flying Buffalo – Mackinac Island Fudge: 13.5% – Aged 9 months in bourbon barrels, this rich and decadent stout takes you on a sweet journey to Mackinac Island. Freshly emptied from the bourbon barrels, this thick imperial stout gets the fudge treatment with rich chocolate fudge and lactose sugar. Close your eyes and you may just hear the clip clop of horse carriages and bustling streets of Mackinac Island, Michigan.”

Flying Buffalo – Rocky Road: 14% – Aged 9 months in bourbon barrels, this bold and indulgent stout brings the classic flavors of Rocky Road to life. Rested on rich chocolate, vanilla, and marshmallow, each sip offers layers of nutty sweetness, creamy marshmallow, and decadent chocolate with the warmth and depth of boozy bourbon undertones, making it feel like you’re enjoying a scoop of Rocky Road ice cream with a boozy, grown-up twist.

Flying Buffalo – Affogato: 13.8% – This year’s coffee variant, made with 100 pounds of freshly roasted Colombian coffee beans drowned by Flying Buffalo Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Madagascar vanilla beans and lactose sugar. This makes the perfect Affogato.

Swing by both taprooms at 12:00pm for the beers, there is a pretty limited quantity, so we are not sure how long they will last.  First come-first serve.
