Griffin Claw Brewery Invests in New Tech for Increased Safety and Sanitization
BIRMINGHAM, MI, July 25 – Griffin Claw Brewing Company, a microbrewery with taprooms in Birmingham and Rochester Hills continues innovation to increase safety of their guests and employees. Recently, they have installed cutting edge air purifiers in all air ducts of their taprooms.
“These units are capable of purifying every cubic inch of air in our taprooms,” said Scott LePage, Griffin Claw Director, “the technology is really impressive and the increase in safety for our people and guests is well worth the investment”.
The technology is a Reme Halo Purifier, installed by Denny’s Heating & Cooling. It works by sending out ionized hydroperoxides that attack microbes and viruses while destroying impurities. It also causes allergens to stick together which are then more efficiently filtered out of the air. This system is effective against all three categories of indoor air pollutants: Particulates, Microbial, and gases.
This system is laboratory tested and proven to reduce the germs in a sneeze by 98% before they travel 3 feet. Further, it helps stop droplet nuclei, which many viruses can be transmitted in.
Another way Griffin Claw is adapting technology to keep guests and staff safe is by the installation of automatic, no touch sinks that dispense water and soap with a timer to promote proper lathering and hand washing techniques.
Griffin Claw continues their commitment to safety and sanitization with this new technology in addition to their sanitizer production.
